Graduate Trainee Program

Administration Selection Requirement:

1. Bachelor’s and Master Degree (max. 25 years old for Bachelor’s Degree & 30 years old for Master Degree);
2. Minimum Grade-Point Average (GPA) 3,50 out of 4;
3. Have a maximum of 1 (one) year working experience
4. Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply
5. Fluency in conversing and presenting in English (other language(s) proficiency is an advantage)
6. Affinity for Tobacco Industry
7. Professional, has the “can do” attitude and openness towards a dynamic work environment
8. Motivation, Enthusiasm and Drive for Success
9. Strong analytical skills and ability to resolve complexity
10. Interpersonal skills to effectively work in a team and cross function department

JTI Indonesia’s Graduate Trainee is a structured development program for fresh graduate student or with maximum two years working experience. This program will take 18 months of learning program, competency development, rotational job assignments, leadership practice, project implementation and mentoring & coaching session in order to get the best future leaders.

Our selection process has 5 stages:

• Stage 1: Administration Selection from 21^st January – 2^nd February 2019
• Stage 2: Video Presentation on Youtube
• Stage 3: Online Ability Test
• Stage 4: HR Interview
• Stage 5: Assessment Center and Final Interview with Leadership Management Team
