Management Trainee

1. Fast learner, hard worker, good initiative, self motivated and willingness to learn,

3. Computer Literate is a must (Word, Excel, and Power Point)
4. Understanding english and japanese will be advantage
5. GPA Minimum 3.0     
6. TOEFL Minimum 450
7. Willing to work at Cibitung - Bekasi

Major:

1. Japan Literature

• Minimum Bachelor Degree with Major Japan Litelature
• Must fluently in English and able to speak Japan (Minimum JLPT N4)
• Willing to follow training program to Japan for 6 Months

2. Industrial Engineering

• Minimum Bachelor Degree with Major Industrial Engineering
• Have knowledge about lean manufacturing, Six Sigma/ DMAIC, Manufacturing Process ect.
• Willing to work overtime
• Willing  to follow training program to Japan for 6 Months
