Management Trainee Engineering

Responsible to follow all the Management Trainee curriculum and schedule for 1 (one) year program with the purpose of knowing and being able to understand the business processes of the company in general, to complete all the assigned tasks starting from Foundation School, On The Job Training and Improvement Project

1. Freshgraduated or maximum 1 year working experience with bachelor degree (S1) from Engineering, preferably in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial & Chemical.

2. Maximum age 23 years

3. Minimum GPA 3.3 out of 4.0

4. Fluent in English, both spoken and written

5. Strong analytical and leadership skill

6. Strong communication and presentation skill

7. Self driven and motivated person

8. Having good interpersonal skill

9. Having experience in organization

10. Willing to travel and to be placed around Indonesia
