Making  sure  all  the  investment  cost  for  both  new  and  remodeling  stores proposed and calculated effectively.

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering
• Min. GPA of 3.00
• Experienced min. 2 years in same responsibilities
• Has  knowledge  of  Bill  of  Quantity,  Cost  Planning  for  Architecture,  Civil, Structure and Mechanical Electrical and Plumbing
• Good ability in Ms. Office especially Ms. Excel
• Proficient in English both verbal and written
• Able to read technical designs
• Strong negotiations and analysis skill
• Placement: JAKARTA
