1. Bachelor degree majoring in Industrial Engineering
2. At least 1-2 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
3. Shoe manufacturing knowledge
4. Industrial engineering basic knowledge
5. Excellent critical and creative thinking
6. Good Command in English.
7. Able to operate Computers.
8. Have excellent interpersonal and communication skill.

Main Responsibilities:

1. Lead manufacturing optimization project from IE perspective as part of productifity.
2. Drive IE functional excellence to insure the availability of IE data.
3. Generate new ideas of innovation
