Shipping Executive

1. Bachelor or diploma degree from any fields.
2. Fresh graduate are welcome to apply.

1. Knowledge of custom documentation.
2. Able to work under pressure.
3. Meticulous, attention to details, organized, good communication skills.
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (esp. Excel) is must.
5. Good command in written and spoken English.
6. Able to work Lobam, Bintan, Kepulauan Riau.

Responsibilities :

1. Verify and keep records on incoming and outgoing shipments.
2. Prepare documents for shipment.
3. Lease with immigration for port clearance.
4. Examines outgoing shipments to ensure shipments meet specifications.
5. Maintains inventory of shipping materials and supplies.
