PLC Controls Engineer

1. Graduate of BS Electronics Engineering / Computer Engineering / Electrical Engineering / Instrumentation and Control Engineering.

1.  At least 2 years of working experience in programming PLC and HMI using either 1.)Siemens S7-300/400/1200/1500 PLC and Simatic WinCC HMI; and/or 2.) Allen-Bradley RSLogix and Factory Talk View.
2.  Experience with programming other brands is an advantage.
3. Experience in the configuration and installation of fieldbus systems in either of the following: Modbus, PROFINET, PROFIBUS and Ethernet/IP.
4. Familiar in AUTOCAD Electrical or other related electrical CAD software.
5. Experience in design of control systems for factory, OEM or from systems integration industries.
6. Knowledge in sensors, closed-loop control, electrical component selection and I/O systems.
7. Good scholastic record is an edge.
8. Highly motivated, organized, independent and a team-player.
9. Willing to learn and improve constantly and aims for excellence

Responsibilities :

1. Design and programming of PLC control systems (using Siemens and/or Allen-Bradley systems) for pharmaceutical-containment equipment and clean-room devices.
2. Generation of programming and system documentation such as Grafcet, program flow-charts, software design specifications and functional specifications of the project.
3. Provide technical support for current and existing projects related to electrical and control systems troubleshooting, maintenance, and design, specification and project proposals.
4. Assists in the development of SOP / User manual for projects or products.
5. Daly and weekly reporting to immediate superior and to factory for progress, issues and developments of the project.
6.  Continuous research for improvements on the hardware design and software for all projects.
7. Maybe assigned on other tasks such as commissioning, troubleshooting and programming using other PLC systems such as Siemens.
8. Willing to work in Lobam, Bintan, Kepulauan Riau.
