Customer Service and Technical Support

1. Bachelor’s Degree, any major and faculties

• English literate
• Detail oriented with excellent computer skills (i.e. MS Excel, Word, Adobe and Power Point)
• Good attitude towards team-oriented
• Good interpersonal and strong communication skill
• Willing to work in Lobam, Bintan Kepulauan Riau.

Requirements:

• Processing new orders
• Following up orders
• Handling customer complaints and requests
• Finding new customers
• Solving the technical problems faced by Customers and prevent any operational impact due to our products
• Providing a regular feedback and to be pro-active with regards to Customers’ needs in terms of support and sales
