1. Graduated from Bachelor's Degree, all major.
2. Having good relationship with shipping lines, agency. Good knowledge and understanding of the freight forwading business and be able to identify areas of operational, financial, and people improvment.
3. At least 5 years experience in freight forwading industry and hold the management position for at least 3 years.
4. Excellent analytical, problem solving and organizational skill.
5. Strong leadership, target & customer oriented, detail, initiative & communicate.
6. Fluent in English, both written and spoken
