• Bachelor degree majoring in Psychology.

• At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Able to use Psychological test tools.
• Good Command in English.
• Able to operate Computers.
• Have knowledge and understanding in Performance Management System.
• Have excellent interpersonal and communication skill.
• Willing to place in Cikupamas, Tangerang, Banten.

Main Responsibilities

• Screening candidates and matching them to suitable job roles
• Sourcing job applicants from the database and exploring employment opportunities
• Contacting candidates to arrange interviews via telephone and email
• General data admin and paperwork
