PRODUCT TECHNICAL TRAINEE

•Bachelor in Engineering, Science, & Applied Science from reputable universities with minimum GPA 3.00 (for graduates in 2015 and above)

•Fluent in English (both written & spoken)

•Have good in analytical thinking & leadership capabilities

•High Mobility (both local & internationally)

•Willing to be placed in Malang, East Java

Product Technical Trainee (PTT) is a structured 3-years program designed to develop the most talented graduates to a global standard of excellence who will lead our Product and R&D function in the future. The programme offers:

•Challenging development through on-the-job assignments in specific function, supported by coaching and mentoring, as well as periodic world-class training.

•International exposure – to enhance business insight and global best practices, the program allows the PTTs to be mentored with our diverse management team and work closely with regional teams on various projects.
