MT Program Overview

Kraft Heinz ABC Management Trainee Program is a fast track program to develop future leaders of the organization. The program is developed based on Kraft Heinz Global Program curriculum consists of functional rotations in various departements and on-the-job training, with possible international exposure. Candidates who pass selection process will be on board in January 2018.

Selection Process & Timeline

• Online application, online testing, video uploading           : Sept 11th – November 14th
• Assessment Center        : Nov 20th – 21st
• Panel interview               : Nov 23th – 24th
• Coffee with Executive     : Dec 4th – Dec 5th
