• Age max. 27 years old for University Graduate.

NEDP is an integrated Management Trainee Program aims to accelerate the development of TOYOTA future leader which enables greater talent mobility withing global TOYOTA.

NEDP is a 1- year program formulated to maximize future leader potential through various insightful program and activities. Through On-the-Job Development (OJD), responsibility and business leadership role.

NEDP contain a comprehensive formal training and development program which equip TOYOTA future leader with technical knowledge as well as basic way of working as global TOYOTA members.
