1. Excellent knowledge in training and recruitment process
2. Excellent interpersonal and coaching skill
3. Strong analytical skill
4. Able to utilize internet for recruitment process
5. Effective oral and written communication skills
6. Willing to be placed in Tangerang (Banten)

Main Responsibilities:

1. Understand the elements of Indonesia Employment Law that are relevant to any recruitment process
2. Manage the training and development strategy for employee
3. Recruiting and selecting the new candidates that apply job in PT. Indofood Fritolay Makmur, PT. Indofood Sukses Makmur, and PT. Indofood CBP
4. Responsible for assessment, psychological test and interview to new employee candidates  
5. Make a report about training and recruitment process
