Import Purchasing Staff

1. Education      : Min. S1 Any Major
2. Sex               : Male/ Female
3. Age              : 21-30 years old
4. Experience     : Min. 1 year experience

1. Capable of doing administration job using SAP and Microsoft office
2. Having good communication and negotiation skill
3. Fluent in English (writing and speaking)
4. Hard worker and a good team player
5. Willing to be placed in Tangerang

Main Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for all the purchasing of imported fresh material (potato and corn)
2. Follow up on import documents from fresh material supplier (invoice, packing list, BL, phytosanitary, etc.)
3. Coordinating with PPJK about custom clearance in custom department
4. Follow up the permission of RIPH (Rekomendasi Import Produk Hortikultura) to the Department of Agriculture and Department of Industrial
5. Coordinating with surveyor about survey report that has to be submitted to Department of Trade in every shipment
6. Delivering the import realization report after shipment has come
