System Analyst (Code: SA)

1. BS/S1 degree or equivalent - preferably in Engineering, Science or equivalent. Fresh graduate applicants are encouraged to apply.
2. Highly motivated and willing to work hard.
3. Ability to take instruction and requirements in English ( written/oral).
4. Troubleshoot issue of the software application, and able to define the issue detail clearly to  the end users and development team.
5. Work with the development team to explain issues and follow up with the development team to resolve and re-test the issues.
6. Train end-users on how to use the software application.

1. Good understanding of Software Development Life Cycle.
2. Good interpersonal and communication skill.
3. Has relevant and practical experience in the functional and technical requirements definition and documentation.
4. Work with end users to test the software application to ensure it meets the customers specification.
