Initiated our business as the importer and distributor of basic chemicals for the batik and food industries in Indonesia, the Company was founded on July 13, 1951 as Persekutuan Andil Maskapai Dagang dan Industri & Teck Lee" (Indonesia), also known as NV Lim Teck Fee (Indonesia) Coy. Ltd. until the name was changed into PT Lautan Luas in 1965 and listed at Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) as a go public company on June 18, 1997 with the name of PT Lautan Luas Tbk. (LTLS).
